Uniutama Solution Sdn. Bhd. has set itself to be wholly owned by Uniutama Management Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and was established on a strong foundation in 2002. Uniutama Solution Sdn. Bhd intends to expand its business solutions further to the South Corridor as well as to the East Malaysia.

formerly known as R&D SerindIT Com is among the leading entities that plays a major role in developing the ICT sector in the Northern Corridor (Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak) and also in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

With 14 years of experience in the ICT industry, Uniutama Solution Sdn. Bhd. has been trusted to provide a number of services including sales, ICT equipment rental, large-scale equipment maintenance, and other ICT-related services to private and public sector.

The company moving rapidly toward the technologies.

2002 - Establishment

A small group of dedicated & independent individuals teamed up to form the backbone of research & development (R&D) in the field of ICT for UUM which name SerindIT.com

2012 - Expansion

Realizing the business potentials, the company decided to expand to Kuala Lumpur and began its Kuala Lumpur operation at Solaris KL.

2014 - Incorporation

After almost 12 years since its establishment, SerindIT.com was officially incorporated and changed its name to Uniutama Solution Sdn. Bhd.

2016 - Communication

With the objective to serve as front liners to the company, the Corporate Communications & Public Relations Office was formed in UUM Tower at UUM KL.

At the helm of the Uniutama Solution Sdn. Bhd. (USSB) is a board of prominent members comprising of university staff, industry and government officials focusing its tasks on Malaysia’s Vision 2020 to develop the knowledge-based economy and society.

Our members come from impressive, multidisciplinary backgrounds. This pool of experienced executives with backgrounds in academia, corporate, government and research sectors are deeply committed to carry out USSB’s mission and vision. Backing them is a strong force of researchers, engineers, technicians, computer analysts and programmers, management and technology consultants with a group of highly educated support staff.

Realizing the new challenges and the needs to bridge the digital divide is a complex gaps, a group of professionals with experiences in both Business Process Transformation and ICT Strategic Enabling was determined to be the catalysts to this bridging – to assist organizations in enhancing their corporate strategy with the most appropriate ICT solutions – agile yet affordable.
